How do I look after my contact lenses?

Always:

• Wash your hands before handling your lenses or touching your eye.
• Rub and rinse your lenses on removal.
• Keep the lid on your solution bottle when not in use.
• Clean the case daily and replace it every 3 months (allow it to air dry upside down on a clean tissue)

Never:

• Rinse your lenses in tap water.
• Lick your lenses to clean them.
• Swim in your lenses.
• Re-use to top up solution in your case.
• Wear your contact lenses for longer than prescribed.
• Use solution past the expiry date.
