I joined Eglinton Eyecare nearly a year ago now. Coming from a hospitality background, optics was something new to me but I have had the best training given to me and we are continuously growing and learning so many new skills each week. I studied Education and Media Studies in Liverpool where I lived for 11 years before returning home to Derry. I worked for a hospitality recruitment company where I was able to build a very strong portfolio with major football clubs in the North West of England and hotels and with my clients, skills I believe helps in this environment as well. Our patients are our main priority and providing them with the best possible service is what we strive for.

I am married and step-mother to two beautiful girls that I am very proud of. We have two dogs that require a lot of exercise so regular walks in the Country park and Benone beach are our favourite places to go. My husband and I love to travel, Thailand being our favourite so far as that’s where we went on honeymoon but we still have plenty of destinations left on our bucket list!
