‘Looking’ forward to World Book Day

As the whole world celebrates world book day on the 3rd March 2016, we join forces with local schools to support children with reading difficulties by offering free eye exams and free glasses. One of our core values is education, we realise the importance of looking after the health of your eyes.

We recommend all children of school age get an eye exam every year. At this stage of a child’s development it is imperative that they can see the world around them clearly without any blurriness or distortion to hold them back.

Every child loves the smell of a new book, the crisp pages and the adventures that lies inside…Make sure your children’s eyes are ready to take in all these new wonders by getting their eyes tested at Eglinton Eyecare Opticians.

Happy World Book Day!
